What is your standard delivery radius?
We deliver within a 50-mile radius of our central hub. Delivery is free within the first 30 miles, with a small distance-based fee for further locations.
Can I extend my rental duration if my move takes longer?
Absolutely. We know moving and transporting can be unpredictable. You can extend your rental on a weekly basis by simply contacting our team before your original pickup date.
How are the totes sanitized between rentals?
Every Tote & Geaux bin undergoes a rigorous 3-step sanitization process. They are pressure washed, treated with an eco-friendly hospital-grade disinfectant, and air-dried before every single delivery.
Is there a weight limit for the totes?
Our industrial grade totes are built tough. They can comfortably hold up to 75 lbs of your belongings without warping, making them perfect for heavy items like books and tools.
